Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Kenmore, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   Yes, we have condo projects in Kenmore. Some are apartments that have been converted into new condos. We have several condo’s close to golf courses. Inglemore Golf and Country club, has townhomes, flats and older condos with lake washington views. Others are on Wayne Golf course. Our prices range anywhere from $200 on up! There is only one rsstricted area I know of and it is not a condo but a gated community for over 55 persons. We do also have condos for low income as well as seniors .
